AllerTrain® is an ANAB-accredited manager level course that teaches food service operations how to better handle gluten-free requests, avoid food allergy related incidents, and better prepare them to handle such incidents, should they occur.

- Explain proper management practices for food allergies and gluten-free food preparation
- Recognize emergency situations surrounding food allergies and explain proper protocol for handling a food allergy related emergency
